Kim Delfino

Kimberly Delfino-O’Neill is a healthcare executive with a unique background spanning

finance, law, and medical operations. She currently serves in a leadership role at

Westchester Hyperbaric Medicine, as well as US Hyperbaric, Inc., where she oversees

operations, financial management, and strategic planning for a specialized clinical

practice.

Prior to transitioning into healthcare, Kimberly spent 22 years on Wall Street as an

Equity Trader for Credit Suisse, managing risk and navigating complex markets

environments. Earlier in her career, she began at White & Case law Firm, gaining

foundational experience in legal and regulatory frameworks that continue to inform her

work in healthcare compliance and administration.

She holds a bachelor’s from Fordham University as well as a Master of Science in

Healthcare Administration from Columbia University and an MBA from Fordham

University, combining clinical operational expertise with disciplined financial and

organizational leadership.
